The project will consist of cleaning the parking lot, driveway and drain cleanouts; spraying the asphalt areas with an asphalt binder; installing new asphalt; and marking the parking and ADA parking areas. After six months, the entire area will be sealed.

Next on the list of work will be securing the post holding up and back stairs; fixing the door to the bathroom, located under the stairs, so it is once again useable; and replacing the security door opening onto the back stairs.
