In celebration of Julian’s recent International Dark Sky Community designation, San Diego County Supervisor Joel Anderson awarded a county proclamation to the Julian Dark Sky Network for its efforts to preserve the natural night, declaring Nov. 4, 2022, "Julian Dark Sky Network Day” throughout the county.
