At a Friday ceremony, San Diego County Supervisor Joel Anderson, along with representatives for Rep. Darrell Issa, state Senator Brian Jones and Assembly member Marie Waldron, joined members of the Ramona planning group, Ramona Leadership Council and Caltrans District 11 Director Gustavo Dallarda to celebrate the project’s completion.
“Ramona’s Historic Business District is the heart and soul of the Ramona community and I am glad that Caltrans and Clean California are bringing much needed attention to our region,” Anderson said in a news release from Caltrans.
