The Cool Zone programconsists of free-of-charge, air-conditioned spaces designed to effecitvely manage high temperatures and help you stay comfortable. Cool Zones are made possible by the County's Aging & Independence Services (AIS) in conjunction with San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E).
