"Nobody should have to live in their car or on the streets," Anderson said. "Everyone deserves to have an open park where they can take their children to play. Two years ago, during the Point-in-Time Count, it showed that I had lowered homelessness in my district by 27. The first time my district had ever lowered homelessness. Last year, I'm proud to report that we lowered it by another 11%."
